Maurizio Battifora is an artist in Los Angeles. His contemporary-whimsical paintings are influenced by Renaissance and Baroque artists. He was encouraged to paint by professor Edwin Montalvo while studying art in Miami back in 2004. It's in Florida where he established an art studio for the first part of his career. He moved to Los Angeles in 2017 and is presenting his new series of acrylic on canvas paintings, called M.A. inspired by the polarizing mythology of Marie Antoinette.

Battifora has participated in multiple art shows in the US, he has been invited to the International Biennale Of Contemporary Art in Florence, Italy 2018-2019
